The Marketplace can be accessed via the Left sidebar, via the Component marketplace and Flow function marketplace buttons. It opens into a modal on top of the App Builder.
It allows you to find and install into your app view components, flow functions, themes, page templates and data connectors, made by AppGyver and the community.
The Search field is located at the top of the Marketplace modal. The results are automatically refreshed after you stop typing for a moment.
The search algorithm looks inside descriptions and matches partial strings, so you don't have to type an exact search text to find what you're looking for.
In addition to the text search, you can filter the results in the following ways.
Below the search field, you can filter results to a specific item type. The available types are:
You can also filter results by tags. Clicking on an inactive tag will add it to the search text. You can unselect active tags by clicking on them again. Tags are exclusive, so selecting both
#input will narrow your results from just either or.
Each item type has its own set of tags, so changing the active item type will change what tags are available.
You can filter results based on the item source.
The available options are:
Show all – show all items for the selected item type
By me – show items created by me for the current app
Added – show items added to the current app from the Marketplace
Not added yet – show items available in the Marketplace but not yet added to the current app
To add a Marketplace item to your app, click the Add button.
Depending on the item type, it will be available in one of the following ways:
Added next to the currently selected component on the View Canvas. If a container was selected, the component will be added as its last child.
Additionally, the view component will be available via the Added tab of the view component library for the current app.
Added to the top left of the currently open logic canvas.
If a flow function node was selected, the new node will be added to its right side. The first output of the selected node will be automatically attached to the newly added node.
Additionally, the flow function will be available via the Added tab of the flow function library for the current app.
Added themes will be available in the Theme section, accessible via the top bar. You need to separately activate the added theme, allowing you to preview how it looks first.
The page template will be added as a new page in your app, alongside any dependencies such as flow functions or view components.
The added data connector will be available in the Data section, accessible via the top bar. There, you can configure required inputs, such as API keys.
